Miniatures and Dollhouses
Now we skip on through most of the store to get to my favorite part, the lumber yard.
Starting on the right, we have the full line of Alessio wooden shingles. Then comes Designer Home and Classics spindles, posts, assembled rails etc. Those 200+ bins contain most all of the trims available from Northeastern, Classics, Woodpro, and a few from Midwest, Alessio, and SH Good. Included are sheet wood and stripwood from 1/32" to 3/8" (up to 3" wide) in basswood, cherry, mahogany, and walnut.
Next comes all that lovely laser cut gingerbread from Northeastern and LaserTech. Then the full range of Shenandoah spindles, and of course all of Tiny Turnings. In front of the window are various unfinished bookcases and shelves that could be easily built in.
On the left wall that you can't really see, are the full range of Olde Mountain Miniature hardware, Classics, Designer Home, Brownell, and Cats Paw, the lovely folks that took over the old Suzanne Russo etched brass products. We also carry #0 and #00 brass bolts and nuts and scale piano hinges in several sizes from small to tiny (hows that for technical - alright, in the range of 0.1" and larger in width).
